About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writing Specialist to join our team in Toronto. As a Technical Writing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and editing technical documents, such as user manuals, product specifications, and training materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with industry standards.
  • Conduct research to stay current with industry trends and developments.
  • Develop and implement documentation standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical writing support to other teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing and editing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
