About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving product or service problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Customer Issues: Clarify customer complaints, determine the cause of the problem, and select the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear and concise information to customers, either in person or over the phone, to ensure their needs are met.
  • Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Process Orders: Process supply orders in an efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with technicians and other team members to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Office skills, including email writing techniques, and experience with office software.
