Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

The role of a Senior Hospitality Manager at OPA OF GREECE is to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a team, maintain high standards of quality and service, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to increase sales and revenue
• Lead and motivate a team of staff members to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and overhead expenses
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a senior management role in the hospitality industry
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving profitability
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
