About the Role

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- 2-5 years of experience in customer-facing digital engagement roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven technical expertise with CRM systems, event management platforms, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive insights and decision-making.
- Experience in digital and change management methodologies.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA).
- Experience with Customer Support Platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
