Job Title: General Manager

At Baptist Housing, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to our seniors. As the General Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our Long-Term Care, Assisted Living, and Independent Living operations in our Mill Creek Village Community in Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the accreditation process and strategic planning to ensure compliance with professional standards and organizational requirements.
  • Provide leadership in resident care, team member management, and budgeting, while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain clinical oversight and high-quality standards of care and operational efficiency while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a degree in a related health field.
  • Five years of Health Care Management experience, or the equivalent of education and experience.
  • Proven working knowledge of the Home and Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Residential Care Regulations, and Pharmacy Act.
