Job Title: Executive Director of Facilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Facilities to join our team at Southbridge Care Homes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our facilities team, ensuring the highest quality of care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership and direction to the facilities team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents.
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, including budgeting, financial management, and human resources.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents and their families.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of facilities staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care and services.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree in health or social services, or equivalent experience.
  • Administrator's Certification (minimum 100 hours of instruction time completed or enrolled).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in the health or social services sector.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
