Plastic Manufacturing Production Lead

Work EnvironmentThe work environment is characterized as noisy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production personnel engaged in operating processing machinery and fabricating, assembling, finishing, or inspecting plastic or rubber components and products.
- Develop strategies to meet production timelines and synchronize work activities with other departments.
- Compile production and various reports.
- Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Instruct staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company guidelines.
- Order or requisition necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Supervise plastic products assemblers, finishers, and inspectors.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Office.
Safety and SecurityMust undergo a criminal record check.
Transportation and Travel- Possession of personal transportation is required.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Having a personal vehicle is advantageous.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of handling heavy loads.
- Job demands are physically intensive.
- Requires manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Must be able to lift more than 45 kg (100 lbs).
