Plastic Manufacturing Production Lead

Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work EnvironmentThe work environment is characterized as noisy, requiring effective communication and focus.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production personnel operating processing machinery and involved in the fabrication, assembly, finishing, or inspection of plastic or rubber components.
- Develop strategies to meet production timelines and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Compile production reports and other relevant documentation.
- Propose initiatives to enhance productivity and improve product quality.
- Conduct training for staff on job responsibilities, safety protocols, and company regulations.
- Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for production.
Responsible for overseeing plastic products assemblers, finishers, and inspectors.
Technical SkillsProficient in MS Office applications.
Safety and SecurityCompletion of a criminal record check is required.
Transportation Information- Must have own transportation.
- Public transportation options are available.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Capable of handling heavy loads (more than 45 kg or 100 lbs).
- Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
