Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
The successful candidate will work within a healthcare institution, contributing to the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee budget and financial expenditures
- Supervise and mentor junior staff
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures
- Conduct training sessions for new employees
- Document and prepare minutes for meetings and conferences
- Establish office routines and procedures
- Coordinate and confirm appointments
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages
- Respond to electronic inquiries
- Gather and compile data and statistics
- Address employee inquiries and concerns
- Oversee payroll processes
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately
- Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems
- Draft and proofread various documents
- Conduct research as needed
- Perform data entry tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Assist in recruitment and staffing processes
- Maintain and update digital databases
- Carry out basic bookkeeping duties
- Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale

First Aid Certificate is required.
