Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and quality standards are met.
- Train Staff in Job Duties: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control Standards: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with accurate and timely information.
- Establish Work Schedules: Establish work schedules for staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Communicate with Other Workers: Communicate with other workers to coordinate the preparation and completion of work assignments, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

- Offers On-the-Job Training: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing opportunities for skill development and career advancement.
- Offers Mentorship Programs: Offers mentorship programs that pair youth with experienced employees, promoting career development and networking opportunities.
- Participates in Government or Community Programs: Participates in government or community programs that support Veterans, promoting inclusivity and accessibility.
