Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Limited. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 to 40 hours per week
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail. You will also be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
