Food Service Supervisor

At THAI EXPRESS, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including preparing and portioning food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and hiring food service staff.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a hot kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
