Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining a clean and safe food service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean and safe food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
