- Oversee the comprehensive planning and implementation of various projects involving precast and pre-stressed concrete products.
- Engage in diverse tasks including budget evaluation, subcontract issuance, scope assessments, requisition management, change control, and continuous communication to ensure project completion.
- Coordinate the scheduling of drawing submissions, hardware procurement, and material deliveries to job sites, along with preparing monthly progress claims and validating invoices.
- Consistently fulfill client expectations regarding safety, quality, timelines, and budget.
- Identify critical issues and respond promptly to facilitate solutions both within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Provide exemplary leadership and constructive guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage conflicts and challenging situations with professionalism.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Technical Qualifications:
- A post-secondary education or technical background is advantageous.
- A minimum of three years' experience in project coordination is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
- Experience in interpreting technical drawings is beneficial.
