Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality dough and pastries.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and mix dough and batters for various baked goods
- Frost and decorate cakes and pastries to meet our quality standards
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure efficient bakery operations
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our baked goods to meet customer expectations
- Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Our bakery team works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As a Bakery Specialist, you will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
