Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production standards
- Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to enhance visual appeal
- Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet established standards
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Repetitive tasks and ability to work in a team
