Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Tim Hortons - Simcoe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-quality dough and pastries.
Key Responsibilities- Dough Preparation: Mix and prepare dough for various baked goods, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake and decorate cakes, pastries, and other sweet treats to meet our high standards.
- Production Scheduling: Assist in planning and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate bakery equipment to prepare and bake products.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
