Position Overview

The role of the Assistant Manager at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations within our restaurant. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage staff and maintain high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and enhance daily operational procedures.
  • Oversee and evaluate staff performance to ensure excellence in service.
  • Plan and coordinate daily restaurant activities.
  • Establish staff work schedules to optimize efficiency.
  • Supervise and guide team members in their duties.
  • Manage inventory organization and maintenance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
