About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Montréal, Québec, Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for GTM roles, Tech, and corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide insights and guidance on best practices, ensuring we make informed hiring decisions.
  • Elevate our brand by participating in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities.
  • Contribute to refining our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in GTM, tech, and corporate roles.
  • Tech savvy with a solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to inspire and engage.
  • An analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluently bilingual with proficiency in both English and French.
