We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Catering Supervisor to join our team at DC PIZZA RESTAURANT LTD. As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and food service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our catering services.
  • Procure food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation staff.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Ensure quality control of food and service standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for catering services.
  • Submit reports on catering operations and performance.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
