Job Title: Management Development Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Program Overview:

Our Management Development Trainee program is a comprehensive 4-phased program that will provide you with hands-on experience and training in all aspects of our business. You will work closely with our experienced managers and team members to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program.

Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service

In this phase, you will focus on developing your skills in warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions. You will work closely with our warehouse team to learn the ins and outs of our operations and develop your problem-solving skills.

Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement

In this phase, you will focus on developing your skills in customer problem-solving, relationship building with customers and vendors. You will work closely with our sales team to learn the art of building strong relationships with our customers and developing new business opportunities.

Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales

In this phase, you will focus on developing your skills in business development and sourcing sales. You will work closely with our sales team to learn the art of identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Phase 4: Leadership and Operations

In this phase, you will focus on developing your leadership skills and taking on increasing levels of responsibility. You will work closely with our management team to develop your skills in coaching and mentoring, and will have the opportunity to take on a leadership role within our company.

Qualifications:

  • University degree or college diploma
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interest in sales
  • Valid driver's license
