Job Title: Management Trainee
Job Summary:
EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Management Trainee to join our team. As a Management Trainee, you will participate in a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Progress through a 5-phased program to learn every aspect of how our business operates
- Develop strong leadership and customer service skills
- Grow a sales territory and provide world-class customer service
- Work closely with current managers and teammates to build a successful management career
Requirements:
- University degree or college diploma
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
- Desire to continuously learn and grow
- Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and high standard of integrity
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
