Job Title: Management Development Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Management Development Trainee program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role.

Program Overview:

Our Management Development Trainee program is a comprehensive 4-phased program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a management role. The program includes:

  • Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12-Months) - Focus on warehousing procedures, shipping and receiving, and counter support for customer transactions
  • Phase 2: Customer Relationships and Procurement (12-Months) - Focus on customer problem solving, relationship building with customers and vendors
  • Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (12-Months) - Focus on business development and sourcing sales, while expanding the customer base and creating stronger partnerships
  • Phase 4: Leadership and Operations (3-Months) - Developing leadership skills, supporting the team through coaching and mentoring, and setting vision and strategy for the business

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree or college diploma - all disciplines of study will be considered
  • Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset
  • Desire to continuously learn and grow
  • Excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team setting
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interest in sales
  • Valid driver's license
