About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at UC Medical Clinic - Mill Woods. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate areas, and handle general inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and performing various clerical tasks.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointments, and billing details.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
