Position Overview

Servegreen Cleaning Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety across various facilities.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal education required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or facilitate their training
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare financial budgets and cost projections
  • Advise on or arrange for additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Coordinate cleaning activities with other departments
  • Establish and manage work schedules for staff
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 32 to 44 hours per week. The primary language of communication in this role is English.
