Caremax Cleaning Services Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Caremax Cleaning Services.

Job Summary

The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning team, ensuring that our sites and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job that requires frequent travel to various sites and facilities.
