Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

JH 360 CLEANING is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to identify areas that require attention and implement corrective actions to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services, ensuring they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 44 hours per week.
