Role Overview

Position Summary

As an Implementation Success Analyst, you will be instrumental in identifying, mitigating, and resolving potential risks to ensure project timelines are met and that all key stakeholders remain aligned.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assist in managing project timelines for deployments, ensuring all internal and external deliverables are completed punctually.
  • Collaborate across various teams, including Implementation Success Managers, Customer Success Managers, Data Integration Specialists, and Product Specialists, to facilitate the implementation of solutions that provide significant client value.
  • Provide insights throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff to go-live, to support Implementation Success Managers.
  • Identify and address operational and technical challenges, ensuring successful and timely rollouts.
  • Track and follow up on project deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Create high-quality executive-level deliverables efficiently during the implementation process.
  • Coordinate internal efforts and represent assigned accounts during prioritization activities.
Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management, with a solid understanding of business requirements and technical capabilities essential for enterprise-wide SaaS implementations.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple teams, both internally and externally.
  • Project management experience in complex implementations within the healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using various tools, including interpreting JAVA/SQL code and complex Excel functions.
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.
  • Experience in writing SQL queries is highly desirable.
