Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of small business owner relationships to achieve retention and growth goals
  • Provide comprehensive advice and guidance to small business owners to help them build successful businesses
  • Partner with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements

  • Results-oriented attitude and sound knowledge of the small business market
  • Excellent business development techniques and understanding of small business legal structures and life cycles
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner
