Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business growth and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee corporate commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing agreements related to complex technology and SaaS solutions.
  • Provide support on M&A transactions, gaming and payment processing regulatory compliance, and day-to-day legal matters as directed by the Senior Vice President Legal, Compliance & General Counsel.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of in-house or private practice experience.
  • Prior experience in the highly regulated casino and/or payment processing industries is an asset.
  • Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
