About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems in Milton, Ontario. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will provide training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an understanding of our PBS software and its various modules
  • Develop and deliver training sessions to customers on our software, both virtually and in-person
  • Assist customers with data entry and other key tasks
  • Complete the payroll module and become an install resource without assistance
  • Prioritize tasks without direction from Team Leads and take the initiative to learn new products
  • Provide excellent support to our customers and maintain a positive relationship with them
  • Respond to internal and external training requests in a timely manner and write up tickets for issues that arise
  • Knowledge sharing within the DTO team and maintain documentation and update processes as needed
Requirements
  • Experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS
  • High School Diploma and computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, effective time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month
