About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning the vision and execution of Relayfi's brand strategy, driving impactful and innovative marketing initiatives that drive our awareness among small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a scalable brand campaign playbook for engaging small business owners in each of our target industries.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, including digital, video, social media, print, and experiential, to effectively and authentically showcase Relayfi's brand.
  • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of Relayfi's brand presence in the market, evaluating how the brand contributes to overall business growth and market positioning.
  • Continuously maintain brand quality, integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage and coordinate external resources, such as freelance writers, designers, or agencies, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience.
  • Developed and led strategic brand campaigns that drove measurable, impactful brand growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to measure the impact of brand work.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
