Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • General Ledger Preparation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger.
  • Journal Entries: Accurately prepare and record journal entries.
  • Accounts Management: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Bank Reconciliations: Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Financial Calculations: Perform essential financial calculations, including budgeting and costing.
  • Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data efficiently.
  • Clerical Duties: Execute clerical tasks such as maintaining filing and record systems.
  • Office Support: Carry out general office duties as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Inventory Organization: Organize and maintain inventory records.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare financial reports as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Language Requirement: Proficiency in English.
  • Work Hours: Flexible hours ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.
