About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As an Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Financial Calculations and Reporting: Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
  • Clerical and Administrative Duties: Perform general office duties, including maintaining filing and record systems, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week
