Qualifications- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in a related field
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Assess fixed assets and manage depreciation
- Maintain comprehensive financial records and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Oversee general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries accurately
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
- Prepare tax documentation
- Compile trial balances
- Reconcile financial accounts
- Proficient in electronic scheduling tools
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Familiarity with MS Windows and MS Word
- Experience with QuickBooks and Simply Accounting
- Skilled in spreadsheet management
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Accuracy in work
- Dependable and organized
- Reliable in completing tasks
Work Term: Permanent
