Job Description:

beBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to provide business analysis services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data, developing business requirements, and creating process and system designs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business analysis to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents
  • Design and implement business processes and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met
  • Provide business analysis support to clients


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis
  • Proven experience in developing business requirements and process designs
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of business process modeling and software development life cycle
