Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Sino Canadian Seafood Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our wholesale establishment, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies and driving growth through effective management of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that impact our business, and develop strategies to capitalize on these findings.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize our financial performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor staff performance and provide feedback to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
