Qualifications- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
- Supervise staff and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Establish pricing and credit policies to optimize revenue.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
- Identify staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Organize and coordinate trade shows and exhibitions.
- Evaluate business opportunities and devise strategic plans.
- Lead the sales team in fostering relationships with business clients and negotiating sales contracts.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assess and enhance staff performance through regular monitoring.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently while being adaptable and analytical. A goal-oriented mindset, client-focused approach, and strong organizational skills are essential. Being a team player is crucial for success in this role.
