Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of Blondie Cleaners (2013) Ltd..
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years
- Field of study: Accounting and related services, or equivalent experience
- Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
- Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries accurately
- Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports as needed
- Prepare tax returns in compliance with regulations
- Compile trial balances of books
- Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy
- Perform various administrative tasks
- Manage accounts payable efficiently
Oversee the work of accounting and related clerks.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Experience with QuickBooks and SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD)
- Familiarity with Simply Accounting and MS Office Suite
Ideal candidates will have between 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience.
