As a Client Accounting Specialist, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Executing comprehensive accounting processes utilizing cloud-based software such as QuickBooks Online or Xero
  • Supporting payroll functions and preparing necessary tax documentation
  • Overseeing month-end closing tasks and performing account reconciliations
  • Engaging with clients to deliver exceptional accounting assistance
  • Generating financial and management reports for stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Familiarity with financial accounting platforms like Xero and QuickBooks Online
  • A solid understanding of ASPE and HST regulations
