The Technology Director - Product Integrity and Compliance will be responsible for leading all aspects of technology, including architecture, engineering, security, QA automation, operations, and delivery for key areas in the supply chain. This includes managing budgets, partnering with business leaders to define and deliver strategic roadmaps, and enrolling cross-functional technology partners in strategic visions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage budgets for strategic initiatives and baseline operational expenses for Product Integrity and Compliance technology
- Partner with business leaders to define, deliver, and support strategic roadmaps for product integrity, traceability, and compliance
- Enroll cross-functional technology partners in strategic visions for product integrity, traceability, and compliance
- Accountable for technology that supports raw material and finished good vendors globally
- Serve as the escalation point for Technology Managers to support delivery
- Support career progression and stretch opportunities within the Product Integrity and Compliance technology area
- Lead the creation and expansion of new capabilities that align with strategic goals
- Manage key vendor partners and own the relationship with vendors
- Make thoughtful decisions on the fly, clearing roadblocks to allow successful delivery of key initiatives
- 4+ years in a senior leadership position like a Technology Manager or Technology Director
- 15+ years of experience in technology
- Highly valued experience with supply chain platforms in quality and traceability areas
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading large-scale initiatives

Lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $182,000-$238,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
