Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development
  • Oversee the performance management process for Technology, Product, and Operations teams
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that support diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being
  • Utilize HR analytics and metrics to drive data-informed decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role
