About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing sales and operations plans, including statistical demand forecasting and supply chain management.
  • Encourage a strong safety culture through workplace organization, training, and policy execution.
  • Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to improve business performance.
  • Manage sales and operations planning, forecasting, and inventory management, including debits, credits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with branch leadership and other stakeholders to drive business results.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the green industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with sales and operations planning, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Line of Business (LOB) Certification Level I or higher, preferred.
