The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints, and establishing work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food service operations.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and food safety standards.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. The successful candidate must be a team player with excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
