Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations: Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer growth.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
