About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Department Managers and Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Department Managers and Crew Members to achieve sales and guest count targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
  • Participate in local events and community initiatives to positively impact the community
  • Uphold McDonald's renowned cleanliness methodology
Requirements
  • Previous management experience in the fast food service industry
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
