Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coach a team of Financing Solutions Directors (FSDs) and Senior Analysts (SAs) to achieve objectives
- Monitor the evolution of team members and develop their skills through personalized coaching
- Optimize the efficiency, productivity, and profitability of the sector through risk management strategies
- Provide support for large-scale and complex files in the Multi-Unit Sector
- Establish a strategy with partners to maximize impact in the market and improve sector visibility
- Participate in the development of the annual strategic plan of the DFS and SAs and manage its execution
- Develop and maintain relationships with account managers of the UDI team through customer acquisition and retention activities
- Act as an ambassador for the Bank in the local community and foster relationships with key partners
- Balance risk management and profitability in business development
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of compliance rules and operational procedures
- Monitor market developments and ensure credit criteria and processes meet changing needs while optimizing sound risk management
You will be a team leader of 9 Financing Solutions Directors and 3 Senior Analysts, reporting to the Associate Vice-President, Portfolio Management Team – Real Estate Finance Canada. Our team is known for its dynamism and expertise in real estate financing, working in a hybrid mode with a mix of office and remote work.
Requirements:- Industry-related bachelor's degree and 7 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 5 years of relevant experience
