Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate access to computer networks
  • Monitor and report on the functionality of computer systems and networks
  • Assist users facing technical challenges with their computers

  • Provide training and advice to users regarding identified issues
  • Maintain a log of problems and solutions for the benefit of other technical support personnel
  • Engage in the redesign of applications and software
