At Intelli Matrix, we are seeking a skilled Installation Technician - Hardware Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware and software, as well as providing technical support to our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure computer hardware and software
  • Provide technical support to users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues

As a Hardware Installation and Support Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies and systems, and to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
