Key Responsibilities- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated areas.
- Formwork and Scaffolding: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
- Material Mixing: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
- Framing Assistance: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and constructing roofs.
- Site Preparation: Level earth to meet fine grade specifications.
- Asphalt Work: Pave and rake asphalt surfaces.
- Material Salvage: Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse.
- Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance work to ensure site safety and efficiency.
- Contaminant Cleanup: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants promptly.
- Traffic Direction: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to maintain safety.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
